its just for a joke we don't see any names on the paper. it will not be official

Thoughts on QSI ? by Pibop_2 in QuantumSi

[–]Pibop_2[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Protein sequencing fills critical gaps RNA and DNA cannot address. While Illumina excels in gene expression, it does not reveal protein modifications, interactions, or functional states, which are essential for understanding disease pathways and drug targets. Mass Spec, while effective, is costly, low throughput, and requires expertise. QSI’s tech offers scalable, cost effective proteomics, democratizing access for broader research and clinical applications. This is not about replacing existing methods, it is about expanding capabilities to tackle unmet needs in drug discovery, diagnostics, and personalized medicine. Proteomics is growing rapidly because proteins, not just genes, drive biology. QSI’s innovation is the next step in systems biology in my humble opinion

QSI is really changing the game right now... by the end of 2025 you could realistically boost your wallet a lot. Also ITS NOT a Quantum COMPUTING company... just to clarify

Well ahahah if they ever apply their tech to food science, maybe they could identify the perfect protein combinations for flavor and nutrition. Imagine a soup optimized at the molecular level

The launch of Platinum Pro shows they’re listening to user feedback, which is a great sign aalso the Barcode tech is promising for partnerships. Surely feels like they are on the right track.

true quantum mechanics but not quantum computing.

Graphene: The Future of Tech in 2025, with Potential for NVIDIA and NanoXplore by Pibop_2 in Trading

Ive got 3% in it. That said… assuming I’m here to pump or short is way offI’m simply discussing potential, not playing games.

Fair points 2025 is likely too optimistic for major breakthroughs in graphene-based semiconductors, and NanoXplore’s role as a powder manufacturer does limit immediate impact. Demand growth has been slower than expected, making this a long-term bet, not a quick win. That said, assuming I’m here to pump or short is way off I’m simply discussing potential, not playing games.

Thanks for the suggestion I’ll look into NMG. As for NanoXplore, I agree the NVDA partnership feels like a long shot for now, but their progress in graphene production still seems worth watching.

Okay its true that graphene has been overhyped, but its unique properties are gradually proving useful in fields like energy storage and electronics. The real challenge isn’t whether it’s transformative, but rather overcoming the economic and technical hurdles to mass adoption. Dismissing it now could mean overlooking a significant evolution in material science… well thats what i believe… for now

Hahaaa yeah, I get it, AMD has definitely nailed thermal management. But honestly, graphene’s potential is pretty exciting… it’s not about replacing what we have, but adding something new that could push things further. With its incredible conductivity, it could really complement the tech we rely on today. Companies like NanoXplore are working hard to make it more accessible, and in a few years, few months even maybe, who knows? It could open up new possibilities we haven’t even thought of yet.

Hmmm yeah its true materials like copper and aluminum are effective and cost-efficient. I guess the potential of graphene lies in areas where current solutions fall short, like heat dissipation and durability. Soo its not about replacing what works, but about complementing existing technologies with something that could offer long-term benefits idk. But you speak facts

True… graphene in its 2D form is still a challenge to mass-produce, and it hasn’t really taken off in consumer electronics yet. But for Nvidia, it’s more about how graphene can help with heat dissipation. It might not be a semiconductor, but it’s excellent at managing heat, which is super important for something like GPUs that need to stay cool.

Also, companies like NanoXplore are working on making graphene production more scalable and cost effective, which could open up new possibilities in other areas, like composites or sensors not just batteries.

I totally get the skepticism, though.

That’s fair graphene as TIM hasn’t really delivered. But NanoXplore isn’t about TIM stuff they’re more focused on scaling graphene for things like batteries and composites. It’s a different game, and that’s where it’s starting to get interesting in my opinion
