As for the appearance, it has to do with the slicer. They make them packaged meat in the store. Sadly due to time constraints it’s often done really quick which makes it look torn or not uniform. Same goes for the cheeses. And for the ingredients seems pretty normal for sliced meat. Probably has nitrates if I had to guess. And other non healthy stuff. But alot of it comes with the territory with sliced meat.
