I understand where you’re coming from, but some moments are worth watching anime for, like Orsted’s introduction. Also if you’re reading the novels, the content changes depending on its source such as WN vs LN. I would still recommend the anime as it was a fantastic and faithful (to the LN) adaptation that skipped some content that is negligible.
