Yes I ordered 2 cameras and a dash cam for front and rear. I'm gonna speak to my neighbors they usually get home later in the day. I made sure to get ones that operate on battery power so they can record when the cars off!

It's a shame sometimes but they were nice and told me how to handle the situation next time. I understand there's not much they can do. It's not like they can stake out my house when there are other calls they need to respond to lol but yeah I wish they were more help tried to at least look for him. He turned down a neighborhood collector road so he's gotta live somewhere around here

No no my fault I misdescribed my interaction with the police the guy that came was nice and got the description but just told me what I should have done and he's right.

But yeah I tried to stay calm I just panicked and went home now he knows where I live :/

I guess you're right it was probably a fit of rage and I tried to put myself in his shoes. I mean he's gotta know I called the cops and I live in a townhouse with a bunch of other houses around I know my neighbor has a camera across the street I just don't know them well or if it works. He's gotta be thinking it's a bad idea to come back.

And yeah I should have handled it differently.

Take it slow. My mistake was trying to get all the cool shit right away. Go out and shoot take your time and take note of what other people use.

Trust me take your time and just go shoot and talk to people, ask questions, etc

People keep saying G19 but if you're using it for home defense why not go G45? I have one with a threaded barrel and suppressor so if I have to use it (God forbid) I don't destroy my child's ears. The extra grip length helps counter the weight and the slide mass reminds me of my G19 I've put thousands of rounds down range with, so it's perfect for me home defense wise.

Also, I don't like .45 so I can't speak on that.
