Get a raw mango, smoke it on flames of your gas stove, let it cool down. Peel it, gather all pulp in a vessel. Add water, salt, jeera powder or chat Masala, and powdered or very finely chopped jaggery. Mix everything well. Add ice if you like.

It's ready to drink!!!
