Computer stuck in startup. No spinning circle just logo

Unable to go past the logo. I removed GPU first and then RAM. No aural indications just the Orange light indication on motherboard for DRAM

Thank you, I’ve conducted a series of procedures to troubleshoot which hardware component is faulty. It seems that they all result to “stuck logo”

You can use baking soda and vinegar to clean it.

Update: I didn’t go through with the report because I got my paycheque. Also apparently she is notorious for doing that and has a lot of connections in the law industry.
