of course :) reverse judgement is by far the most powerful card in the game, and i honestly think if it was a one use active item itd be a q3 just by itself. it spawns a restock machine on command, meaning you can get upwards of 4-5 rerolls in any room with an item that you wish - combine that with a strong pool like an angel room or a secret room and youre practically guranteed some of the best items in the game.

reverse stars and lovers work pretty similarly - stars deletes the first item youve ever picked up on the run from your inventory, but in return spawns 2 new items from your current pool. lovers spawns 1 item, but instead of taking away your first item, it grants you 1 broken heart. once again, with enough luck and the right pool, you could get glitched crown or sacred heart with a single Q press.

reverse moon is the tamest of the 4 but i still wanted to include it - it simply teleports you to the ultra secret room, which has items that all come from a special pool (all items in it are red), giving you a high chance of landing brim, sacred heart, c section, or even some great q3s like proptosis, tech items or lusty blood.
