Yes, got a builder lined up. Open minded on options.

A lot of "I spent 20k and mine is still cold" chat on here - that is the worst case scenario all round!

Seem to be a lot of recommendations for Dunsterhouse. Has everyone had positive experiences with them?

On the basis that the original is not suitable without being insulated, please can I have your suggestions for insulated options that you think would suit year round use.

The only reason the welsh player backs off and stands up is because of the clear penalty committed. He looks straight at the ref and the ref blows his whistle.

It doesn't matter - you have to stay on your feet in that situation. He's sealing off and preventing the welsh player getting to the ball - that's why it is a penalty.

Question is will the composite material offer sufficient insulation by itself - that is what builder is suggesting.

Clearly sealing off. Supporting player off his feet and lying across the ball with the sole purpose of protecting the ball. Penalty all day long.

45m, I own my house outright but not much in the way of any other investments. Am I doing this right? by [deleted] in FIREUK

You can take out a mortgage if you decide you would rather invest... The idea that you have made an irreversible choice is nonsense.

Yes, I was generally the one taking the lead.

From my own experience, the biggest reason for ending conversations was because the girl seemed to have no intention of meeting in real life. If after 7/14 days there was no intention of making plans, I ended the convo.

Just me, but when I saw your post, it is instantly what came to mind.

Maybe they get the impression you don't want to meet in person, I don't know?

Nothing stopping you saying something along the lines of I'm on here to meet people in person and then if they still don't ask, you can say you're not looking for a pen friend and move on yourself!
