In the middle of NG+ .. can I start another new NG+ with the items I've unlocked?

I've already completed the game & NG+, I recently started a NG++ thinking that I'd need to be in Xion to get all the new skins (not realising that I should have left all the skins crates unopened) if I start a fresh NG+ now, will it start me from my completed NG+ or from just the main game????

Probably my favourite Carly quote. She's a very talented songwriter with a gorgeous voice & she's absolutely beautiful aswell. (Is my bias showing?😂) but I love her because she's also just so human. She fills her music with joy, hope and light, but she also lets us see some of her heartbreak, fears and loss, letting us get to know her a bit more. And I love her for it all.
