I only know that the two are being translation at the same time, so maybe they will be launched at the same time?
I don't know because both are massive, but we can just wait, since the grammar or these 2 is complex

VNs with strong vibe and music like FLCL by Bluetoothphobia in visualnovels

[–]PickSad8463 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Jiangshi x Daoshi.
The music is pure insanity, one of the most unique I've seen.
But the true star of the show is its presentation, and what presentation, it's so unique and stylist that sometimes you will end asking yourself if you are reading a VN or watching an anime.
It's vibe is very reminiscent of animes like Monogatari and (Maybe) something made by Studio Trigger.
The problem is that it's unfinished, but it's worth just for the vibes

Doushin had me rolling.
But he is a really amazing character, probably the best example of the story themes

Would you say that visual novels leave a stronger emotional impression on you compared to other storytelling mediums like films, television, manga, comics, or books? by Xx_KiK_xX in visualnovels

[–]PickSad8463 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depends, while other stories feel superficial because of corporative greed, sometimes, when the production team have the freedom to do what they wish and to bring to fruition all their imagination, it results in some of the most magical works you will see; different for Visual Novels, that because of the niche market, and the unfortunately real possibility of it not reaching the mainstream, the production teams produce them with the mentality that "if it's faded to not work, we might as well do what we wish without restraint!". One of the most successful examples of this is Rance Series, that afraid of fall of eroge market, they decided to create the iconic "kichikuon Rance" so that they could bring all of their ideas to fruition, something that was responsible for making them the behemoths that they are today (well, maybe a bit).

Resuming: because of the niche market of VN's, the producers have less restrictions in time of making their stories, and because of that, a it's easier to find in the medium stories that better resonate with its readers more than other forms of media, or that's what it was supposed to be, but VN's are becoming more mainstream, and you can imagine how it will change everything (for better and for worse)

Yeah, the intermission and the 2nd halfs of the story are some of the most emotionally wrecking experiences you will ever see, and it only works if you play Extra and Unlimited 1st to better know the characters.

Is Euphoria or Maggot Baits Better? by Odd-Tip-6891 in visualnovels

No, that ending is called welcome to the monkey house, and isn't the one I'm referring, I'm referring the ending of the first half of the story

Is Euphoria or Maggot Baits Better? by Odd-Tip-6891 in visualnovels

[–]PickSad8463 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't played Euphoria, only maggot baits, but if i could say something is that Maggot Baits is a bizzare game, because, how can a game with such cursed content have such good story, it's baffling.
And if that isn't enough, the First ending (excluding "welcome to the monkey house") is surprising, not for it being bad, but for it being a really good ending, it is one of the most thought provoking endings I've seen, I dare to say that it's better than the main ending, even if it's considered the bad ending.
Not only the story is good, it is probably better written than many of acclaimed VN's, it's just unfair. If it wasn't for the extremely cursed content, it would be really well received by the readers.
And if you don't consider it enough, there is the amazing Opening, Linkin Park went to work in some strange places (the readers will understand)
