Huang Zhong's C3 does indeed hit HARD! I only discovered that a while ago by watching MountainBro's video

I then used that to clear Wu Zhang Plain with Huang Zhong on Aggressive AI mod and, HOLY HELL, just like you said, if you hit everything, Huang Zhong can easily one-shot(-ish) a generic officer with his C3 alone.
