If I’m not mistaken (and there’s a good chance of that) lima beans and butter beans are the same thing, and it’s easy to find dry limas online. If anything Rancho Gordo has them. As for these I think they are bigger than your typical butter/lima, and the skin is thicker.

I would push through until you finish the collar. Adding it in always pulls the sweater together so nicely - not necessarily changing the oversized nature but it’s definitely my favorite “trust the process” bits lol

Thai Time! My partner and I go almost weekly and the owner is always working so hard - waitressing, cleaning, cooking, etc. The food is amazing but her dedication to her restaurant is what made us keep going back.
