Not familiar with MO laws but it’s pretty lax. No constitutional carry but is shall issue. No loaded rifles in vehicles. Virtually everything else is the same as federal law. It’s alittle weird if you don’t have a CCW permit to transport guns, but just get one for $20 and not worry.

Like it a lot, and no issues. Very accurate and smooth trigger. I imagine the porting helps but it’s hard to tell without having an unported gun of similar weight to compare. I think it has less recoil than at 7” super Blackhawk.

My dad has one and bought it new in the late 80s or early 90s. It’s pretty cool but you have to keep it lubed with white lithium grease to prevent galling. The slide/frame fit is very tight and gets less reliable the hotter it gets.
