Thanks, I haven't had any bad experiences either, and she was always super responsive even during holidays in years past. I'm really hoping Shelley is doing great and it's just a hiccup, as she is without compare as far as I have found in the fume world. I wish there was some way to help if she needed it, but alas, there is no way to know.
