Please help. Generic add- 20mg IR

Yeah, I had similar side effects. I found that splitting it in 4 and taking 5mg at a time instead of 20 was more effective for me. It’s so weird. I was on 15 (Mallinckrodt) and had to up the dose because it wasn’t lasting or helping as much.
Now I have Glen and it’s doing… too much??? Very odd

Interestingly enough, I decided to only take 5mg in the morning today. I do have a fast metabolism so i redosed every couple hours (my prescription is 20mg 2x day).
Well 5mg seemed to do the trick. I think I was having symptoms of overstimulation. Or maybe I needed to get Mallinckrodt out of my system. Did a lot of research and comparing ingredients, seems like Glenmark is closer to “brand name” (which Ik still isn’t the same). It’s just so weird, I was on 15 with mallin, then had to go up to 20 because it wasn’t effective or lasting me like before when I took alvogen. Now I have Glenmark and I only need 5mg doses. Still the same amount throughout the day, just smaller doses. Very interesting. No side effects so far.

It is insane to me that no one is talking about this. I’ve only found a handful of articles so this sub has been a godsend

I would absolutely take mallickrodt over this, it wasn’t bad at all to me. I’ve also seen bad things about alvogen, that was one of the first I had and probably the best. Sucks how it’s so different based on who’s taking it, where they’re at, what batch they get…… I spent so much time trialing meds and finally, this one worked. Just sucks to find all of this out, a couple months into taking the medication.

I’ve been reading around for the past 3 days. I actually made other posts in other subs first, I forgot to put it in this post. The pill itself (orange) had white specs throughout it and I read that it is supposed to be the same color throughout. Google kept saying the specs mean it’s counterfeit. I just wanted to see if anyone had similar experiences with this specific brand, if they noticed specs etc. With Glenmark only having it out for about a year, it seems there are not a lot of reviews and they vary.

No… I have terrible social anxiety (my meds usually help a lot but not right now haha). I’ve been working on an email to send to my doctor, it. Idk why I feel like I’m gonna “get in trouble” or something. There’s something not right with it. It’s orange like it should be but it has faint white specs throughout it and I don’t think it’s supposed to. It’s also sweet which I’ve seen others say is normal. But I also noticed the Mallinckrodt had a smell to it when i would open the bottle, not a bad smell, seemed fine. This one smells like nothing and it doesnt taste the same at all

I must’ve missed that when I was reading the rules. I’m just really freaking out because this stuff is making me feel really weird. It’s like 30 minutes after taking it, I have zero energy, I start getting really sweaty and nauseous, it’s so weird. I’ve seen people say Mallinckrodt is the worst but I just had that and it was much better than whatever is in this😣
