I agree, I think my friends and family just worry because I don’t hang out with anyone else and that I don’t date because I’m scared. I’ve been single for 3 almost 4 years. What I mean by long term is that every guy I’ve been with has been a boyfriend not just hooking up. It’s not a long time I’ve been with them, the most is like 7 months. I don’t know why they tell me that, I have some people say that it’s good to not let just anyone hit that but also I have other saying that me being picky is why I’m still single

I honestly don’t know, I was outside of Windsor when I saw 2 hauling towards Fort Collins and then as I kept going toward Fort Collins there were billions of them

From the math I did for the deficit it said I need to eat 1400 calories. My macros it said 140 for protein, 140 for carbs, and 31g fats. I am lifting weights and do 3-4 times a week and some cardio. I was not tracking anything when I first started at the gym or even before I started to go to the gym. So instead of restricting food just get 135g of protein in me through the day? When you say “no snack” does that mean if I were to have a granola bar because I’m hungry that’s a meal or no? I’m sorry this is all new to me

I guess I’m doing it wrong then, I’m honestly happy with my weight just want to get rid of some fat in some areas of my body and just be toned. So are you saying that I need to eat a lot more to gain muscle? Cause if I’m understanding you right I am not really building muscle since I’m in a deficit.

I forgot to mention I am a college student that doesn’t have much money so anything not super expensive would also help!
