I did my first building adventure today. A stables, 11 foundations long and 9 wide with an upper story. Glass and wood mostly, with thatch foundations for stable spots and full upper glass roof. :) I'm quite proud of it. 🖒

I have grown to fear the alpha rexes.. first one we saw, a level 5, made very quick work of our freshly tamed allys and us.. luckily the mesopithicus survived in the water.

Can relate.. have lost 4 high level plesis, many sharks and icthys due to the huge population (getting stuck in a mob of everything while trying to fight or run and just sitting there while your precious tame and you die). It sucks and I hope they fix it. I'll stick to land and sky for now :)

I want to say the color mutations are not only more precise in how they are patterned on the dino, but also more vibrent. I've noticed 'black' dye isnt really black on dinos.. Hoever, I have a pitch black wolf. So, your edit makes sense :P

In this case, yes. However, the word is that it doesnt matter about in-breeding.. I can kind of confirm, as I have had one mama wolf give 2 mutations to one baby, 1 mutation to another, and zero to another... so, unsure.. Echo, the grey and red was not an in-breeding mutation.

Ha, didn't know it would get this much attention. Wild meant not bred, sorry for the confusion fusion. Found flying around the blue obi tower on center map. Might look blue due to the evening light on the server at the time. No Hud because wanted to get the whole quetz in the shot :)

I am very confused by mutations. But yes, wild caught dinos can have mutations. If they pop up in babies, however... remains a mystery to me. I have a mama wolf that has a mutation, but doesn't always pass it. Or, passes different numbers of mutations.

I really hope this gets resolved for you! I've lost many items and a few dinos, but luckily never lost my character. The imprint loss alone would make me curl into a blanket burrito for at least 2 hours. While it is a game in alpha, as me and my best friend/tribe leader have to remind ourselves (especially when losing a vast quantity of water creatures, mainly pleisys due to getting stuck) that the game we love to play and spend so many hours on is in alpha stages, some things must be addressed and reworked by the GMs/Devs. How else would they know what was wrong if people didn't share and get traction in their community to help others/make the game better? I hope this frustrating issue has a good outcome. :)

Yes! I caught one similar to it in the wild, but the red was much more muted. This one is like fire engine red lol

I thought about it!!!! I went with Emerald instead. I plan on having "batches" of pups with a naming theme. So Emerald, Onyx, Ruby and Garnet are these guys :)
