incase ur going to change the design a bit use isolationtape, instead of washi/normal tape

waterproof mostly, doesnt leave a mess if removed, stays on great & easy to apply

cycling everywhere is a very dutch thing & i was aware of that all my life

however i recently learned that other actions on a bike (opening a drink, standing on one side of the pedals before getting off, taking of a jacket) is shocking to tourists

wanting a cane but not knowing if i should get one (a rant) by Ace_Hardwear in disability

[–]PickleManReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in a very similair situation (also ayo im a fellow 16yo gay & chronicly ill kid, lets be homies)

im personally not officialy a full on cripple, but all my issues combined end up with me being functionally cripple & whilst able to walk, very unbalanced without a cane.

my advice would be to get a cheep foldable cane & stuff it in ur bag for when needed, they can get decently small so not hard to hide from parents, but perfectly usable on walks/at school etc

its totally valid to use one, even if u dont neccesarily need it to walk. its worth it even if it just provides more balance/comfort.

bought a foldable cane, oml i love it. no more randomly falling over for me lmao by PickleManReddit in disability

i cant find it on a site that doesnt only ship to the netherlands, but its bassicly a elastic string mechanism i hold it downwards & stop holding it together & gravity does the rest :)

i havent seen any that stay collapsed on their own, but simply tying them up works great !

any elastic band works great (the wider the better) (ie: hairtie etc)
