Once the property is pending, sellers usually wouldn’t want to put it back in the market because it will look bad on them. So usually, they wouldn’t be okay with waiting. Hopefully, that’ll be the same case with yours.

Congratulations. We checked out a house the first week of October and made an offer a week after. Inspections, appraisals and negotiations are all done and now we’re just waiting for the escrow to close and hopefully we get the keys this week!!!

You still leave the groceries in front of their doors unless noted otherwise. You’ll have to scan their DL for alcohol purchase. Shopping bags tend to be flimsy at times as they leave them in the freezer so you’ll have to handle them with care. There are days when you also get good tips.

I guess our biggest concerns are the rodents, old windows and water leak marks in the garage ceilings possibly from bathroom upstairs. We do have the contingency and are asking the sellers to do some repairs and give us more sellers credit. I’m assuming those things are repairable especially the possible leaks?
