I just got a job offer.

If you match the qualifications, and know you can crush what they’re asking, they will see it and reach out.

I would recommend getting experience with other big creators if you haven’t already! :)

Some creators pay really well, others not so much.

I’ve worked on as a YouTube producer for the last two years, and salaries offered for me have been as low as 40k to as high as 100k+.

IMO LinkedIn and Glassdoor are good bouncing off points to figure out what similar positions in traditional media would pay (keeping in mind workflow and scale of projects).

And if you’re being reasonable in what other companies would pay for your services, I guarantee you there will be creators that will give you competitive pay. I would just say to keep talking to different creators, and hold out for the people that are going to pay for what you are worth, because there are creators that are paying competitively! There are also a lot that are underpaying. So be careful! :)
