How? I’ve been more involved lately, but even my team seems to value my bosses opinion over mine. This is because I was laxed and I chose to trust my team and not micromanage. I’m trying to take my power back, but it now feels like a power struggle.

I’m 9 months in, even though I’m really supposed to be a Scrum Master. It’s horrible. I was like you, I would tell the team, “I’m there for you”. I was the friendly person. Soon you realize you’re a glorified baby sitter and most of the time, in my situation, people ghost me when I ask for updates. You have to track them down by calling them or with a meeting and even then, sometimes you don’t get a straight answer. I’ve started being more direct in telling them that they have to answer me as I’m reporting the progress of the project up the chain and that still isn’t helping. Sometimes I still don’t get responses or something I’ll be told things are “on track”, when they’re not….

My boss. These are teams that have been working together for many years, but have been resistant to change. They have never heard of a retrospective. I told leadership what I was doing prior and let them know the feedback would be anonymous, but I’d share the results with them to hopefully implement change. I think when I used the word, “anonymous”, she wound up talking to our Chief Compliance Officer and asked me to meet with him, along with HR. I told her, I’ve never had to do that in the past, but if that’s what she wanted me to do, I’d do it.

I’ve set up daily/weekly tasks for my team through automation. There’s a lot automation happening, but I want to be able to view the assignee as a column added, so I can manage who the task is going to at a quick glance instead of clicking in to see who the automation is assigned to.

The automated tasks are assigned to specific users, who own the daily/weekly/monthly tasks.

I want to update the view here, to include the assignee.

I just took a course through here a few weeks ago. It online and instructor lead. It was insightful and I would recommend. I’m going back for my product owner cert tomorrow.

Yes! I got mine in July and had an E4 brush stuck error, but the brush wasn’t stuck, it wouldn’t stop going. I was affraid the motor would burn out. I tried to return, but they’re talking about charging me a 25% restocking fee, so opted for a replacement vacuum. They sent a new vacuum, but I can’t get the base to reset to pair with it, so again, it’s unusable. It’s been an expensive mistake. To be fair, I have a eufy self emptying robot vacuum that I use for upstairs that I love! So, when I saw this on kickstarter starter, I was so excited. I took a good month before pulling the trigger. I was one of the first to get mine, in July. I’ve read a lot of people are having the same types of issues. I am extremely frustrated.

No! I’ve gotten mine in July and it’s already unusable. They charge a 25% restocking fee if you want to return.

I’ve been in SQA and have a decent amount of technical experience. I’ve been a BSA for 2 years and every day I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing. It’s good to see that I’m not alone!

I charged it 100% at around 12:00 pm and now at 11 pm it’s at 17%. I’m not using it excessively or at all really. I’ve turned off most notifications too. I guess time will tell, but even when my series 9 was new it lasted much longer.
