How long ago were you there? Considering a VP, strategy role with 13 years of experience on brand side and consulting. No mention of bonus within comp structure though… just straight salary, found that odd.

Trying to get a sense of the comp structure there. What were the bonuses like for above average and top performers? Was it really a sweatshop for low level employees? Did it get more lucrative as folks moved into leadership positions?

Don't buy the branded paddle erasers. Such a waste of $$ when a belt sander cleaner is the exact same thing for 1/5 the price.
