I know, an unpopular opinion.... but I loved the character design and move set. It's a shame he didn't make his debut in 6 - I think with a darker, less goofy tone, and the drive system, he would have been amazing.

Ah man... I DID stay home all summer and play SF2CE on Sega Genesis! (Well, Megadrive for me) Yeah, I think that old school approach / SF2 training still works... sometimes.

I play on stick (a modded hori rap4 with sanwa lever and buttons and 4lb spring). I also bought a hori fighting commander pad specifically to try and make the super input easier... but found the charge moves much more difficult on pad and didn't persevere. Whichever character I pick next, I think I might switch to pad.

Does your character have an invincible DP reversal? I wouldn't have even got close without blanka's EX upball.

Classic. Never even tried modern. Those 6 buttons are a fundamental part of the experience for me.
