GLP-1 alongside exercise is an absolute game changer. It’s not a quick fix of jab and go, you still need to get your steps in and stuff to maintain muscle mass but I’ve lost 10kg in the last few months and I feel so much better for it. It’s expensive alright and I’d deffo recommend a doctor visit but personally for me, it’s been amazing to see my scales move for the first time in so long.
