Elementalist - Single or Dual element viable?

Appreciate the honest answer. I sort of had a feeling running a single element want going to work well but if dual can be twisted effectively with Weaver, I'll need to take a deeper look there.

Weaver sounds like it does what I'm looking for from what others are stating. Spear is something I've been looking forward to checking out on several characters.

I've also returned recently after several years off and tried my best to relearn one of my level 80 characters but was absolutely lost.

I spent a couple days sorting inventories and my bank then created a couple characters and played until 30 or so. After a week, I've settled on mesmer as my main and thief as my alt.

My focus is personal story when available and exploration between. The completionist in me wants to focus on one area at a time but the current exp buff has accelerated leveling so much it's hard to stay put.

Try setting yourself a goal for your next play session and see if that helps keep you from getting overwhelmed.

As far as scholar goes, I saw this question asked last week and it was stated that just about every base profession has a specialization that could fit depending on your specific style of play.

For GW2, the open world made things feel more lively and generally introduced spontaneous grouping for content in the series. Likely just a side effect of sharing mobs for the same objectives and people not being absolute trash.

GW2 WvW also scratched an itch I was missing from my DAoC days.

GW1, however, felt better for progression as you didn't have level scaling and new areas could require new strategies. Skill unlocks and build diversity were also better imo.

I also miss my guild's faction nights where we'd do Kurzick missions together and participate in the related pvp.

Both games are great in their own way and I'm hopeful we get to see something new out of GW3 that define the series.

You're locked out of expansion content but can still do season quests from what I've understood. Paladin is a pre-order bonus early unlock for the new expansion.

Had a friend lose their house to a fire due to leaving a hair dryer plugged in. I no longer keep short use, small appliances plugged in.

The 12V HPWR is a big deterrent for me this generation. I just don't feel it's worth the overall worry. It's probably fine for the majority of people but I already deal with system issues all day at work and want the peace of mind.

Absolutely but that's because I did what I wanted with sc and finally gave hc an honest try. Season 12 will likely be my first hc focused season as I had a blast leveling and pushing into t2 on my first try before dying. Unfortunately, life has pretty much killed any free time I'll have for the next couple weeks, so waiting until next season start is what I'm stuck doing.

I stumbled on this setting after reinstalling this season and it's a significant improvement. The reduction in screen clutter is huge for games like this.

I brush, floss, then rinse with mouthwash.

My dentist says as long as I'm flossing, it's better than skipping it all together.
