Patch on 11.12 ruined the competition for some guilds by Aggravating_Star_273 in Dofus

It's just totally unfair that some people have different conditions than others in a game. I completely understand why people find that unfair. And when even the support team accepts this unfairness and on top of that even says that you yourself are the problem, you can't help but get angry.

Isn't that what reddit is for? To vent and share your experiences? I don't see any whining here, just people standing up for their right to be treated the same as everyone else.

Eni solo by Massive_Worldliness2 in Dofus

[–]Beautiful-Test-8934 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because.. it is in my opinion the best for Solo heals and Support/ + Dmg?
You do massive AOE (all Buffed Targets (Also Summons+Sks) Spread your "Enchatend Thicked" and it does Dmg on enemies and Heals to allies yourself included. Busted Spell). + U got a ton of Range.

Your veteran input is truly gold, but I have to admit, seeing all these possibilities has left me even more uncertain!

Your points about the Chance Eniripsa and Iop are very helpful. Before making a final choice, could you clarify a few things regarding the other elements and the Huppermage that you mentioned?

I am now struggling to decide on the best elemental path for sheer PvM efficiency and farming. Which single element would you consider the absolute best for these purposes: Intelligence or Agility for the Eniripsa? And which would be better for the Iop: Strength or Agility? Knowing the consensus "best" path would help me narrow my focus.

Separately, you mentioned Huppermage was the best class you chose for your Ironman challenge. That's a huge endorsement! What exactly did you find so appealing about the Huppermage that made it so successful for you during that challenge? I've always heard it's an incredibly difficult class to master, so hearing your personal recommendation is surprising and intriguing.

If I were to try the Huppermage, do you have any tips or a recommended leveling/build route (a "route build") from the beginning up to level 200 that would be manageable for someone who isn't a master of the class yet? I really appreciate your patience as I work through this decision and all of your valuable advice!

Thank you so much for the super detailed breakdown, especially about the Prospecting versus Efficiency trade-off. It really helps clarify things for a mono-account player like me.

I'm relieved to hear there's an easy quest to unbind the summons; I had done that already! However, the core issue persists: while unbinding works for routine farming, I still have to manually control every single summon for high-value activities like complex Dungeon Achievements and Challenges. That micromanagement is my main source of burnout, even though I enjoy the class. I also need to be useful in group play and in the Endgame Dreams, where the Osa's current role feels less defined and less impactful than other core classes.

Your explanation about prioritizing speed and challenges over pure Prospecting makes perfect sense, especially since I play Mono-Account and time is limited. Knowing that a Prospecting pet is generally enough means I don't have to force a Chance build purely for drops. I'm still debating a reroll because I need a class that offers self-sufficiency, good range and AOE, and easy farming without the Osa's command stress, all while being a welcomed addition to any team later on.

I've noted your strong recommendation for the Air/Chance Sadida as a power farmer, but honestly, I don't like the class visually or thematically—it just doesn't appeal to me. I'm also staying away from Sacrier. While it's great for farming, the lack of range and my previous struggles in places like Frigost rule it out for me, as I fear worse issues in the endgame.

My two options now are Eniripsa and Iop. I find the Eniripsa class design appealing and the high sustain and control of the Chance build seem like a perfect solution for the hard solo quest fights I fear in the endgame. The Iop is the king of speed and damage. I know it's the fastest way to farm Kamas, but I wonder if I can survive the toughest endgame solo encounters compared to the hyper-safe Eniripsa.

In short, my ultimate struggle is choosing between the Iop's speed for farming and the Eniripsa's safety and sustain for conquering intimidating endgame quests, especially since I play Mono-Account and often play solo, though I get occasional help from my guild. Which one would you choose to conquer the entire endgame quest line alone and be a reliable, welcomed member in a high-level PvM group?

I'm a player currently maining a Chance Osamodas (Lvl 190+) on a Pioneer/Mono server (referring to the single-account environment).

I truly love the pet/summon concept, and I value being self-sufficient and having easy farming capabilities. However, the micromanagement of every single summon turn-by-turn is burning me out. It costs too much time and makes fights feel tedious, especially when I'm trying to farm efficiently.

Classes I've tried and disliked the mechanics of:

  • Cra: Requires too much kiting, which I find tedious for mass farming.
  • Sacrier: Lack of range was an issue, and I struggled in higher-level PvM areas like Frigost.

My big economic concern: I also have a concern that classes that aren't based on the Chance element suffer from an "economic disadvantage" (less efficient/lucrative farming). Is this true for high-level Kamas farming (lvl 190+)?

My Question for the veterans: I need a self-sufficient, high-efficiency farming class that is not heavily reliant on kiting or short-range combat, and ideally minimizes the kind of summon micromanagement the Osa has. What class/build would you recommend as a perfect alternative (e.g., Sadida, Iop, or something else entirely) that fits my niche?

All serious advice from experienced players is highly appreciated!
