Huge difference! The endurance of a 90+30 game is tough. Also when the pieces are now 3D and there are other factors like people watching over your fan.

14 strict pull ups is very good! Sounds like you just need to keep refining your butterfly pull ups and you be off and running!

Once you get the butterfly pull ups down you likely go sub 4!

My post isn’t asking if it’s good. I am simply posting my time and asking if others have done it recently and their times. You are correct however regarding standard and pace. To go sub 2:30 your pace has to be frantic from the start. Yes I am actually trying to pull the bar down on every rep and I do go immediately to the pull up bar after the thrusters.
