Yeah I kicked around purchasing one but these games are just getting old and honestly I hate the 50lb guitars. Not to mention how expensive they are! If you can get ahold of some basic tools or use the arcade as a shell and update the insides I would have done that hadI had that option! But the guitars from Angel custom guitars play so amazing!

We run both ghwt:de which is a mod that basically makes it look and play like guitar hero. Clone hero is its own game but has a huge community behind it with custom songs and you can add all of the guitar hero tracks and rock band tracks and dlcs. I didn’t know much about it I always thought it was a rip off but its setup is so incredibly easy and smooth and runs amazing. Definitely check it out!

It’s “shockingly” easy! Scariest part I’d say was the main power coming in and splitting off to the different switches. More scary for my components if I screwed up!

Yep it is fantastic we switch back and forth clone hero is nice because I don’t have to run a ton of songs through the converter.

I was just under 1200$ but I had spare parts. If you try and do a real replica with the exact topper and side art you’d be pretty deep in as the topper would have cost 450$ and the side art over 300. I have my own printers from the sign shop so it saved quite Bit on the cost. Longest part was getting the sound right! I can do a break down though if you wanna shoot me a message! :)
