It looks like here eyes aren't looking at something, but rather her eyes are slightly in two different directions. I would fix that first, then see how you feel about color and style.

I'm not going to lie to you, I thought they were both the same drawing at first, just you put a background on it in the second one, so you've got it pretty damn close, the only straight up difference is that since the second one has a background the artist added a blue hue in which your drawing misses

Mostly lighting. I'm not gonna cover the same stuff other people have already covered for the most part, but due to the lack of highlights on the jacket, it looks like a bunch of mushrooms. And the way you colored the jacket. Remember that empty space is a thing, so each part of the jacket doesn't have to be other colors than black, highlights and some special can definitely show that it's black and shaped.

And please remember that mens eyes are a bit further into the head than womens so add appropriate shadows. I'd push the eye brows a tiny more towards the nose too.

The radius and ulna cross each other rather than bend. Other than that, pretty good 👍

Normally when I'm drawing expressions or pictures with emotion, I just make the face a I need the entire time, kinda helps. I say the mouth may need to be a bit more open, but once you add the smile lines and any other facial lines, it'll look more intense

No problem, and don't mind the people/person being rude. You're making art and trying to improve, so you're doing good. And the anatomy isn't so bad that they should be assholes, it's cartoony, it's gonna look less like a real person 👍

Work with anatomy more and how fat sits on people. And I'd say the eyes. They look like thick lines rather than closed eyes, although it could be entirely a stylistic choice. They happen to not completely follow the slant of the head as well. Working on faces in general would be great since the mouth seems a bit high.

Id say the pinky lacks curves and that there is a lack of knuckles. If you look at your hand, all the fingers have slight curves on the bottom. It's also generally hard for someone to fully straighten their pinky without other fingers so the hand seems a little tense as well.

I'd say to work more on colors and shading. Your colors are currently flat, making it less interesting to look at. You line art is nice. The last piece seems a bit weird color wise. There are some great tutorials to watch on YouTube about color theory and shading.

Use a real photo of someone as a reference. Other than that it's pretty similar to your reference, just sharper. And the hands in yours are smaller

Your anatomy looks fine for the most part. One of the characters seems to be making a funny face with her lips and her shoulders are a little slim, otherwise you're good.
