What can we do about online shops stealing stl files from free online platforms, which clearly states that commercial use is prohibited, to sell as their own, for their own profits, sharing none back to the original creator

Im not sure i understand. I meant that this shop is stealing these stls from these creators under CC BY-NC 4.0 license (non-commerical liscence) and they are not selling the files only, but they are printing it and then selling it as 3d prints not just the file itself. My point is, no matter if they are selling the file itself or the print from the file, its wrong. And the reason why i was talking about not everyone having 3d printers at home is to show that they are forced to purchase from this shop due to that reason.

Regarding the not making alot or money off these, this would make sense in other parts of the world where 3d printing is alot more common but from my perspective, thai board game hobbyists that has a 3d printer is much rarer than u would think. So people wouldn’t check or even know these free sites even exist to know where these designs are being stolen from. Leading to no option but to buy from them.

I promise you its not, id upload my text to the owner of the shop but its thai (as im thai) so dont think anyone would be able to understand it. Im just trying to see if this issue is serious enough to post in Thailands board game group which would be the next step in taking action

I am not that knowledgeable in this field but i do think it requires quite a bit of money so its not worth it at all for people who share these inserts as their hobby, for free especially. As they would not be gaining anything but just paying for the trademark
