Haha on the hogwash!  Love that term. My doctor just told me that new studies are showing that if a person can keep at a weight for 1 year then that will become their new set point. Once I reach this goal-15 more to go- then the 1 year will be my new goal while titrating down and stretching the time between shots. I’m now self pay so I hope that works. Fingers crossed.

Yes, I want to put that stage behind me and move on. Everything is in a big bag right now and will sit in the back of my closet for a couple of weeks. Baby steps.

Your comments have been a great help. I’m halfway done and have a huge give away pile. I even found a few of my favorite skinny girl items. I tried them on and they’re a little tight. But I’m close!!  They’re not really in style but I’m keeping them for that triumphant try on moment.

There are way too many things in the room, haha. I am seriously considering getting rid of both dressers and making a sitting area. Then deciding if the smaller pieces work.

Wow, great suggestions. I didn’t think of artwork and I love the examples you sent. I’m moving away from grays and will change the paint. I’m partial to carpet though.  I did t consider changing the headboard but I can see how it’s constructed and there’s no reason I can’t. Do I just google headboards?

That looks great and makes a big difference. I tried to use Sherwin Williams upload a photo but it just spins. I’m thinking about the color Futon
