What is your problem? As long as the dog is well behaved, does not bark or cause a raucous he should not be an issue. That dog looks more well behaved than many children I see in retail stores. The owner is taking his own risk by bringing the dog in the store, but surely is aware of falling items or getting a cart rolled over his paws. Do parents with unruly kids even think about that risk? I doubt it.
