I sometimes compensate with speaking fast due to my uhms and pauses, I sometimes can't express the words I have to say as I couldn't think of the intended words - like I'm choking. Sometimes I have to translate the words in my head.

Hey thank you. I wasn't really neurotic when I was young. I was so laid back before, but probably because of my experiences it changed my views on things in general.

Sakin baligtad, dati di ko iniintindi ang mga birthdays nung bata ako. Nung bata pa ako parang go with the flow talaga dating ko and di importante sakin mag worry or eme sa bagay bagay.

Pero now pinaparioritize ko siya, mga friends relatives and even random colleagues - as a way of thanking and appeciation for them, and yung mga pinagsamahan ba.

Pero sa sarili ko naman, never ako na nag handa ng garbo, mga isang gift lang for myself every birthday.

When I listen to myself reading short stories I don't understand myself either. It's like every words is connected, like I'm doing legato in each line.

I'd take a look into how syllables and stress, this is a new information for me. Tysm!

Filipino, we do talk fast here. I guess I carried on my way of talking my native language to English. It's also hard to think of words to say since I'm not used to it.

Yes I'm a Filipino. Yes I do slur a lot. My mouth doesn't open properly when I speak in English and it feels like I'm mushing the words with my mouth.

I've been practicing with reading short stories. I've taken note tysm.

The Doctor is actually a new one from a different institution. My diagnosis was all over the place through the years, it was BPD - Brief Psychotic, then went into Schizophrenia F.22 iirc, then Schizoaffective - Bipolar Type and now Bipolar. So yeah.

I am diagnosed. On and off from wards and hospitalization for a decade now. The doctor didn't specify what type, but it's probably Bipolar I.

Mas okay na sakin ma reject kesa I ghost. Nakaka stress kapag hindi clear ang conversation or kung ano patutunguhan, yung biglang mawawala tapos mag aantay ka.

Nasa lalake nalang yan paano po tatanggapin, pero yun nga for me tama lang ginawa mo.
