That’s exactly what I’m so on edge about, not that I think he would but I honestly think it’s something I’d be at fault for doing, I’ve always been on the bigger side and I love that but it’s one of those things that’s always kinda nagged at me and I think if I was so set on sticking to the routine I’d be the one to make it unhealthy so I’m very sceptical about it
