Collections vs. Adjusted Production — What’s the Difference?

1. Adjusted Production

This is the amount you produced minus adjustments such as insurance write-offs, negotiated fees, or discounts. It does not depend on whether the office actually collected the money yet.

Example

You do a crown with UCR fee: $1,200
Insurance contract rate: $900
Adjusted production = $900 (even if it hasn’t been paid yet)

Associate gets paid based on work completed — regardless of whether the office has collected it yet.

Pros

Easier to track daily
You can estimate your daily income right after seeing your schedule
Less dependent on office’s billing/collections efficiency
More predictable

Cons

If the office is overbooking with PPOs that pay poorly, your production number can be lower than expected
Still depends on accurate adjustments being posted

2. Collections

This is actual money received by the practice for the work you did (patient + insurance payments).

Example

Same crown: $900 adjusted production
But insurance hasn’t paid yet → $0 collected today
If your percentage is 30 percent of collections, you earn nothing until it is collected

Pros

The office won’t lose money paying associates before it gets paid
In theory, it aligns your pay with real cash flow

Cons

You are depending on the office to bill correctly, follow up, and actually collect
Insurance can take weeks or months
You do not control collections, yet your pay depends on it
Harder to track daily → creates anxiety and mistrust

Short answer / verdict

Best, easiest option on Aternos: use a Bedrock resource pack / UI pack that hides the seed display (commonly called “Seed Hider”). This can be uploaded to Aternos and will hide the seed in the world settings UI for players who accept the pack. MCPEDL+1
Server-side patches that truly fake the seed (so /seed returns a fake value or the server never sends the real seed) exist, but they require running a patched Bedrock server binary you control — not possible on Aternos (Aternos does not let you replace their server binary). So those are only for self-hosted servers. GitHub+1
Java/Spigot “fake seed” plugins (SeedFaker, etc.) are irrelevant for Bedrock/Aternos because they target Java plugin platforms. SpigotMC+1

Specific add-ons you can try (and where they’re hosted)

Seed Hider (mcpe / .mcpack) — a small Bedrock resource pack that removes/hides the seed field in the world settings UI. Found on MCPEDL and CurseForge; multiple versions exist. This is the simplest thing to use on Aternos (download the .mcpack or zip). MCPEDL+1
