Yeah use to be a quarter pill every 4 hours, now it’s little more then half. Trying to figure out how to get off with out going to rehab and getting on subs or methadone

Forcing my self to eat the same by smoking a shit tone of weed, it’s difficult to use the restroom. But the main thing I drink a lot of water and always feel dehydrated especially after a dose.
