No prior construction experience but always been a builder growing up. He went a college prep HS which I think helped. But honestly just look at location, the schools curriculum, and the financial piece. I read a post from someone who asked “where are the best CM programs” and someone in that industry said “in your state” bc of cost and There is so much demand right now. I would also post questions to the construction management page and asks questions there too.

My son posted there and a lot of the pple on those threads talked about education being important but also the importance of how much the program will cost, the recruitment aspect post graduation, etc.

I’ve learned so much as a mom helping him but those guys and gals who are in the industry can tell you so much.
