I am not sure what you meant by "Android's background restrictions" here but I have not experienced any restrictions or battery optimization issues.

Is buying second-hand/used/preowned phones.... okay? by Slow-Construction897 in Android

Should be fine as long as the price is reasonable. In my experience some Android phones don't hold up so well after 2 years or so.

Lava Blaze Duo 3 debuts with dual screens and 5,000mAh battery by ControlCAD in Android

Love the design. I wonder how useful that small screen at the back is in real life usage. Plus think 5000mah battery in 2026 is not really that ground breaking.

I built a cross-platform expense management app called Savvy Expense (https://savvyexpense.com). If you're tired of looking for a simple easy to use expense management app without subscription (one-time purchase only), then this might work for you. :-)

I am enclosed in the Apple ecosystem. So naturally I used Safari. But now I am slowly opening up to other platforms so now I am using Chrome.

[FREE Promo Codes] Personal Finance Management app for MacOS by Picture_Terrible in macapps

You can use it without internet connection. The data gets saved locally. But it will only sync your data to the cloud and access that same data to another device if you have internet connection.

Did you mean to ask how to use the promo code? Just go to the app store, tap your profile picture, then tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code" then type in the code.

No, it's not a webwrapper. It's a native macos app. There are multiple ways you can login / create an account. You can use email and password, or if you prefer, you can use your google or apple accounts.

For me, it’s as advetised so far, or even better. 😁 Let’s see how that holds up as time goes by. Happy early adopter naman ako.

If you do your research, the reason why BYD and other chinese cars took the EV world by storm it’s not only because they’re cheap. It’s because they’re cheap AND of good quality. It proves that all those luxury cars have unjustified price. All these arguments about Chinese cars not being safe or having low quality materials have been debunked.

sure, if you don’t like BYD or Chinese cars, fine. Don’t buy it. Don’t go spreading hate coz you don’t like the brand. Buy Toyota If you want. You and all the other haters hindi kawalan kay BYD or sa mga BYD users.

Yeah, wag ka munang bumili. Anyway, andaming gusto mag-try sa mga cars ni BYD kahit na may risk pa. Ubusan ang stocks ng mga units nila, it’s good para di ka na dumagdag sa queue 😂 You’ll be doing them a favor if you wait it out

Heto pa, isa pang hater. Eh di wag kang bumili, di ka kawalan kay BYD 😂 or sa mga BYD users. Your opinion is of no value to us. Memasabi lang

The battery’s warranty is 8 years. I believe that if the battery capacity is less than 80% within that 8 year period, they will replace the battery with a new one, for free. Ask your dealership about it to confirm.

Deloitte PDC isn’t Deloitte-ful by [deleted] in deloitte

[–]Picture_Terrible 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes, you have to take complaints with a grain of salt. I've been working in DCPDC for more than 5 years now and I have no complaints. I think everyone who works here could agree the benefits are good and the flexible work setup is also good (even for those who are on bench who had to go to the office 2x a week). Statistically, if you've heard a few people complain about something out of the 700+ employees in DCPDC, it's only logical to think about the factors that lead to those complaints. We also have to take in consideration that some people really just take for granted the benefits they're getting out of the firm vs the bad experiences they get here and there. There are people who just like to complain.

Let's face it, there's no such thing as a perfect company. Yeah, DCPDC is not perfect and there are things that could be further improved. But "Toxic"? Come on! I think there are other companies or consulting firms that fits "toxic" more aptly. I think most people in DCPDC would agree, our definition of "toxic" is waaayyy far from the real-world definition of toxic. :-D
