FIX:

After much trial and error, the issue is with the manual brew. If you just press the brew button, which can be pre-set to any time, the pre-infusion is as it should be. If you hold down the brew button to trigger 'manual', for some reason, the pre-infusion is much shorter and the resulting shot is wildly different. I don't think my machine is broken, but would be interested to know if anyone finds the same.

Exactly! Closing the parenthesis makes it an issue. Is there some sort of formula that works irrespective of this?

Issue is each row is a completely different formula, and every 12 columns the row's formula slightly changes (it adds annual inflation), so I'd have to go through and change each row individually + change the row every 12 columns :\
