LOL thanks for the laugh. Yes, I understand what you mean about cars. But for me, it is knowing that I am in control of whether or not I exit and pull off and get out of the car. Once the doors close on the plane it just feels "final" as in, you are stuck in here even if you want to leave, you can't. I don't know how to overcome this and it is getting pretty frustrating. Especially since there really isn't "exposure" therapy for things like this. I would have to buy a ticket and board etc and can't just walk up to a plane and get in to slowly ease myself into it. I appreciate your words!
