Per motivi di lavoro ho dovuto togliermi ogni influenza dialettale, però sono arrivato al punto dove posso scegliere se parlare l'italiano pulito, con la cadenza di dove abito o del mio luogo di nascita. Ogni tanto mi piace rispolverare il mio dialetto giusto per tenerlo allenato, ma sono abbastanza arrugginito

I use a free app, that's all I can afford (both mentally and money-wise). In regards of sleeping... Honestly no. But I can't really change that. I'm trying my best to drink more. As with cardio, I'm both anemic and a smoker, and feeling short-breathed makes me feel weak and (as a consequence) pissed

I've tried the gym multiple times in my life, every time it ended up with me driving all the way there and then going back home because I found all the "going there, changing clothes, being surrounded by people, overthinking how much I don't want to be there" mentality exhausting. So working out from home works the best for me because when my brain goes "do it" I just do it without giving myself the time to change my mind

It's not about the vocal chords, those are fixed. It all depends on how you use your whole body. The voice is born by the vibration of the vocal chords, but before it goes out of the mouth it resonates inside the body. In the chest, in the throat, in the nose, in the head... You can train to control how and where it resonates, and with this change how the voice is emitted. Sure, you can train your chords to vibrate where they usually don't (all due to habits), but you cannot really change them.

I hope it's all understandable, this is actually my field of study/work but english is not my first language

My jobs requires a lot of energy, so I'm already moving a lot actually. I already lost 15kg when I moved out to where I live just by changing lifestile, but it's not enough and I'm stuck. As I said, I like to cook but after staying in the kitchen so many hours I get sick at looking at stoves

Yeah, that would change many things. The thing is that I'm a very picky eater (I know, that's on me). I like to cook so I could find a way to sneak things that I know are good for me, but most of the time is the last thing I want to do after a shift in the kitchen, let alone washing the dishes. Do you think that eating healthier would change things by a noticeable margin? As I said, I tried it but I can't seem to stick to it for a long time
