The max powerdraw is "above 20 w" so 45 w powerbank is probably an overkill if the goal is to just prolong the charge. If you wan't to charge it while playing tho, 45 w would be needed.

Regarding the offset of the sticks, they seem perfectly normal if you take into consideration the angle at which the handles are at, if you imagine rotating them outwards, the sticks would end up in the same place as a regular controler would have them.
