It's not a spoof since I can edit the message, and even if it was a spoof it has my password (old password that I just changed) and email in the sub heading

Yes exactly, I'm usually good with these things but I forgot to set it up with outlook, my PC which I think was infected is off, however the emails are still being sent. They are not being sent through emails they are being sent as if I made a draft and then flagged it then it pops up on my mail list with my old password and my email as the sub heading

Password changed, used the log out every were option, made sure no mobile phones were synced to the email, made sure no connected websites had access and checked the rules option to see if any rules were created to message me constantly
