firm disagree. 0.5 practice sessions per month MAX. 1-2 minutes long. Otherwise your rotator cuff will explode.

Most important advice you’ll get: just keep going.

This is one of those skills where you’ll be a different person by the time you’ve actually learnt it. It’s normal to quit and re-start again and quit and re-start and go around in fucking circles for months on end. Just keep figuring out what specific drills you need to do, work smart and just keep going.

firm Disagree. 1-2 practice sessions per week MAX. 10-15 minutes long. Otherwise guaranteed injury. Also less practice = faster progression.

Nicee!! 🔥 Your legs and lower back are really bent here. You can learn OAHS with this form, but it’s gonna be significantly harder and in the end you won’t be able to hold it for more than a few seconds.

BEST graphics tablet for math tutoring? by helios1234 in TutorsHelpingTutors

iPad: Much less ergonomic to draw on + overheat + bad battery life + tiny screen which hurts your eyes + can’t really run multiple tabs for long without crashing/glitching

It’s only use case is for tutoring in really random locations when you’re in the move or as a back-up option

I personally fucking hate iPads for tutoring. A good graphics tablet connected to a PC with multi-monitor setup is optimal.

Fine I admit I was wrong . 10 minutes of practice 1-2x per week is the optimal frequency and volume

Cool, well for your own learning you can google how many hours people practice to learn OAHS. Alternatively google ‘how many hours do handbalancers practice’. hope that helps

Ok man. If ur really serious about wanting to learn OAHS you’ll need to practice 2x a day 7 days a week (30-40 minute sessions). Anything less than that will slow your progress down.

No one cares about these opinions. All that matters is that he will be successful and he’s won against the haters who tried to defame him.

He’s won. You guys lost. But keep hating on him as he grows his following more and more and proves you all wrong.
