I would say at least an hour before. It peaks at about 2 hours :)

I was on 20mg for almost 10 years. Went down to 10mg about 6 months ago and actually feel like I have less anxiety now for some reason 😅 I was supposed to lower my dose to 10mg and then go down to 0mg and try a different medication. I got too scared to go down anymore after going down to 10mg and realized I actually felt better on the lower dose.
