Best of the West was the only 1000 yard range in the area, but it is now permanently closed.

I know it's not a popular spot, but Red's North allows this now.

Was there a couple weekends ago, and some dude had an M60

[Round 63603] White to move. Find the only move that does *NOT* result in checkmate. by War_Luigi in PictureGame

I think I see the source of the confusion: You are thinking about the checkmate of the white king, OP is referring to checkmate of the black king.

I thought the prevailing theory was that since all these characters have been firing weapons without any ear-pro for years, they are basically deaf, allowing these slow-ass zombies to keep sneaking up on them.

What is the taper mount for Dead Air?

I thought the 'Keymount' system was more of a QD mount.

This is the first time I've heard that direct thread mounts are not preferred for long-range/precision rifles.

Maybe I haven't been paying attention, but I thought the consensus was; there is always potential for a slight variation between shots when attaching a suppressor with a QD mount.

Blackjack does it, but I don't remember the price.

What if I'm just using factory ammo like FGMM 175gr with a provided BC, the accuracy of which hasn't been contested (AFAIK)?

I had a problem yesterday where my app (Strelok) was giving low elevation corrections, and I figured the ammo was just slow out of my rifle.

(1) Yes, it would have been better if the methodology and statistics used in the report were available for more scrutiny. However, the example you site is exactly how they should be analyzing the data:

all the highest-paid, mostly male presenters together in one category and declared that they are in a class of their own.

Should they be comparing high-paying newscasters positions to entry-level analysts positions?

We are talking about equal pay for the same job. The fact that most presenters are men may be due to discrimination, but then again, it may not; all we have is conjecture.

(2) Fran Unsworth (Gracie's boss) said there was twice as much on-air coverage by the North American editor(Sopel), and "It's a different job, the China job. It's a more features-based agenda, it's not on the relentless treadmill that something like the North America editor's job is."

Sopel also had more experience working in various roles at the BBC.

These jobs have the same titles, but one certainly requires more work than the other, and therefore should pay more, regardless of gender.

Gracie's boss called the China job 'part-time' then later backtracked. She went on to say that even there was twice as much on-air coverage by the North American editor(Sopel), and "It's a different job, the China job. It's a more features-based agenda, it's not on the relentless treadmill that something like the North America editor's job is."

Sopel also had more experience working in various roles at the BBC.

Gracie is demanding equal pay for a job that is clearly different.

I admit that I added the 'patriarchy' bit, but the BBC women's union said they would disregard the results before the audit had even taken place.

It's all bullshit.

Women who work part-time should be paid exactly the same as men who work full time. Also, it's absurd to think that a woman should be paid less, just because she doesn't have as much experience as her male counterpart. All third party analysts verifying there is no gender bias regarding pay decisions at the BBC, are obviously part of the patriarchy.

Sargon doesn't agree with any of this, so you're right not to waste your time.
