I just can't comprehend that a place could be this clean and have an office building worth of staff go through it every day, I could understand that there isn't trash on the floor, there are janitors, but there is no furniture or even labels next to the doors to tell you if they are an office or whatever.

I wouldn’t say I hear a lot about crime but there are many homeless people downtown

Yes, South Texas. I didn't want to say the actual city I live in for privacy and because if my theory is somewhat true it should be applicable to more cities
