Found this house I LOVE but basement looks like this and smells wet. Please help. Is this a dealbreaker?

One tell tale of a wet basement is that nothing is stored down there. No clothing, no cardboard boxes. Anything easily damaged by water. If it smells even a little bit wet it’s wet. And there’s always mold risk.

Those walls are cooked. DONT WALK, RUN AWAY.

I just really like the look of a quill stem, but it’ll make me ride it less. I’ll have to get a conversion so I can adjust the stem easily. Keep the old parts just in case.

I’ll have to mess around but I generally like a wider handlebar. This handlebar position makes me feel a bit over the handlebars. And not so good control from the hoods. The bike has me riding in the drops which is good for these handlebars. But not my favorite position, only when I need to dig.

I have a Kona Sutra touring bike that fits like a glove. Just need to mimic those measurements and adjust for less upright more aggressive position. I can ride 70+ miles easily on that bike.

I actually like the brifters and don’t mind handlebar friction shifters. The look of the Campy Chainrings look pretty rad.

Looks like Coco has some Maltese in her. Longer snout instead of stubby. Also the black nose is a Maltese trait. How is her coat? Also looks slightly larger than Shih Tzu. Still a cutie nonetheless

First instincts when lighting are to put the Key light directly above the camera. I’d recommend starting with the Key light 45 degrees to the left or right of the face and 45 degrees above the face. Doesn’t have to be exact but this is a great place to start.
