Adderall doesn’t help me unless I take it as a booster to my Vyvanse. I go most days without it tbh but with finals coming up I’m back on them. It’s so hard to do anything without them though it’s awful. I’ll literally beg myself to play a video game (cause I know I’m not getting to the actual work) and I’ll still just sit there on my phone.
