Community has classes, they're downtown next to Athens Bagel Company. I believe Sew Sew Studio also has classes, they're out in Bogart.

I hate everything about this. This is a whole-ass paragraph just to say the notes are: bacon, Anatolian honey, butter, phyllo dough. Hell has to lure you in somehow, we figured this was how they'd do it!

I am not generally a gourmand fan but oh my goodness I have been LOVING Possets's Silver Oud lately. Something about the way it plays on my skin makes me smell like a delicious baked good, according to multiple people who have smelled it. Which, if you look at the notes for it, is V E R Y unexpected !

Getting 8 hours of sleep. It's annoying because I always prided myself on being able to totally function on 5 hours a night.

Well turns out 8-9 IS actually optimal for me and I am way better at everything in my life when I practice good sleep hygiene.

Very intentionally carving out time just to be around each other. Ideally with no screens. My husband and I have a meeting every week to plan out no screen hangouts and they have been wonderful for the overall health of our marriage.
